I am, first and foremost, an entrepreneur. I have spent the past four years starting and advising social media companies in the areas of music, dating, and fashion. My roles in the start-ups include product strategy, marketing, web development, system administration, fund-raising and general management.
I am also a freelance model and writer. I write frequently about social issues affecting India, and also share my thoughts on how to maintain what I consider to be the perfect diet.
In my free time, I enjoy dancing, singing and listening to music. I also love engaging with nature through surfing, skiing and hiking. My favorite book of all time is Lord of the Rings, and a current favorite is Carrying The Fire, by astronaut Mike Collins. I speak Hindi, Urdu, English, Spanish and French. Oh and I’m also a die-hard tennis fan (vamos Rafa!!).

I travel as often as possible to the ocean. My most recent trip was back to one of my favorite spots in Costa Rica, which I will leave unnamed 
It’s an amazing little surf spot on the Pacific coast, which has at least until now managed to retain a rustic charm. The waves there are incredibly consistent, and fun to surf regardless of your level. I consider myself an advanced-beginner at this stage. Although I’m surfing a 5′10” board, I still have trouble paddling out. Next step: learn how to duck dive!
